It’s hot, and you don’t feel much like spending the evening in a hot kitchen,
slaving over the stove, trying to concoct something to take the edge off.
Might we suggest that you have someone else do it for you?
We’ve come up with a few combinations of food and drink that should fit the bill nicely. Most pair something light
with something light. For those of you that fight fire with fire, we’ve paired a few spicier offerings as well.
1. Hummus & BBC
Hummus is awesome, and BBC is awesome. Trust us.
2. Maryland Crab Cakes & White Haven Sav Blanc
The light flavors of shellfish and Sauvignon Blanc tend to play well together. A pilsner would also do.
3. Paella & Allagsh White
The light and peppery Allagsh will compliment the seasoning of the Paella.
4. Crispy Calamari & Lagunitas IPA
You’ll want an IPA to wash down the Calamari’s dynamite sauce. (This is also why IPA and Indian food pair well.)
